My stay at Jw Marriott Hotel Jakarta was nice for its really good service and comfort, although there were some minor issues. The dedicated staff, especially the front desk team and chefs, truly made me feel at home. However, I did experience a hiccup during breakfast with limited takeaway options, which was disappointing for a five-star hotel. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would happily return.

My stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta was fantastic, making it a nice experience. The staff were exceedingly friendly and attentive, particularly Reka, who assisted me through the Marriott App with special requests before I even arrived. The only downside was that some security staff seemed a bit unfriendly at times, but overall, the service was impressive and welcoming.
